Engineer Fawzi Muhammad Al-Siddiq
Among the first graduates of the first class of the School of Islamic Arts and Crafts in 1966, he is considered one of the pioneering technical engineers in the elevator profession in Libya. He completed numerous technical courses in the field of elevators, placing the profession under the supervision of international companies.

He obtained advanced degrees with excellent grades. He was fluent in Italian and English, which helped him communicate with international companies to enhance his experience and develop his profession.

Engineer Fawzi Muhammad Al-Siddiq began his professional career devoting his efforts to advancing the profession with global expertise. He was close to everyone, with his good morals, humility, and love for his country, which made him a role model. He was also known for his love of football at Al-Madina Club.

With his dedication and devotion to his profession, he devoted his time to training and qualifying Libyan technical cadres, while insisting on training his sons in this profession to continue on the path while maintaining the journey he began in 1966, at the age of 55 years.

Thanks to God and then to the late man’s grace, his efforts bore fruit and Babylon Company for the supply, installation and maintenance of elevators and escalators was established. The company continued its tradition under the management of Mr. Nour El-Din Fawzi Mohammed El-Siddiq, who upheld the covenant and fulfilled the promise he made to himself to preserve the honor of the profession, which was inherited from his father.
